Just a short one today, a third Breen ship, mainly to allow an all Breen fleet at 120 points.
This one is intended to carry the revised time token Energy Dissipator. The captain and the crew upgrade both work towards this same option.
The field emitters are just to give a Breen ship (possibly a flagship) a bit of extra toughness.
